This is a free service for Support Contract Clients.

Non-Supported Companies

Non-Contract companies can use this service but will need to call our Customer Service team on 0333 444 3455 first to arrange a support account (support is chargeable to Non-Contract Companies).

Enables supported customers to log new support issues and review the status of existing/closed support calls 24 hours a day.

Customer centre is also a live link to Commercial Networks Ltd’s technical Support Desk that will:

1. Generate support call reference numbers
2. Allow you to prioritise support issues
3. Give you direct access to our Help Desk staff
